This Privacy Policy explains how Cash Aurivon LLC (“Cash Aurivon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use the Cash Aurivon mobile application, website, and related services (the “Service”). To the extent Cash Aurivon or a Provider is a financial institution under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), nonpublic personal information is handled according to the GLBA and its privacy notice requirements. Your Provider will give you its own GLBA privacy notice if it applies. You may limit certain sharing with non-affiliated third parties for marketing by contacting us at support@cashaurivon.com.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, and our app uses software development kits (SDKs), to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure performance, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings and limit ad tracking through your device settings (for example, “Allow Apps to Request to Track” on iOS or “Delete advertising ID” on Android). Blocking some technologies may affect how the Service works. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of targeted advertising where state law requires.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to meet legal, regulatory, tax, and fraud-prevention requirements. Records related to cash advance requests are generally kept for at least five years, or longer if the law requires. When we no longer need information, we delete or de-identify it.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls limited to employees who need the data, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law. Please protect your account by keeping your login details confidential.
Opting out of marketing does not stop messages about your request or account.
